add other payment forms shortly. As a
protection against fraud, we will utilize an address verification system
(AVS), which compares your billing address to that of your mailing address on
your credit card statement. When
entering important data, you are protected by SSL technology, which encrypts
all information entered online at our site to avoid the decoding of that
information.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share any of
your information with a third party period. We will only use the information
to finish processing orders. Since we are utilizing Yahoo’s! proprietary
shopping cart system, you should also read their privacy policy.

Currently, we do not accept telephone or mail orders due
to higher costs associated versus the efficiency of online orders. Moreover, manufacturer’s coupons cannot be
used at this time.

No sales tax is collected with the exception of California
(8.25%). Moreover, in order to
provide a fair purchase opportunity for all customers, PETKING.net reserves
the right to limit quantities sold to individual customers.

No international orders yet.
We ship to every address throughout the 48 contiguous states via UPS
Ground Only or USPS Priority Mail (great for ‘all orders’ under 2 pounds). All other USA addresses (including
APO/FPO) outside the 48 contiguous states will be shipped via USPS Priority
Mail only. Please scroll down to
our rate chart below to find your shipping & handling (s&h)
charge. We process all orders by
shipping weight. Please add the total
shipping weight for each item to get your costs. You can find the shipping weight in the item’s description.

Order items by clicking the “Buy Now!” icon to get your
shopping cart filled. View your
shopping cart & proceed to “Check Out” when you are finished
shopping. Type all the correct
information in the online invoice (E-Invoice) page. Any mistakes must be corrected immediately by E-mailing
us! No telephone calls accepted
for corrections. It is your
responsibility to notify us because once the order ships out, we cannot
correct mistakes. Usually, UPS and
USPS will return the shipment to us due to incorrect addresses. In all fairness, we will charge your
account for the initial s&h charge only.
Your penalty will be a second s&h charge if we re-ship your
order. Occasionally, UPS will
correct the address and charge a penalty fee, which we will pass on to you. If you have any questions, please E-mail
us before ordering. Remember to
choose the correct shipping method for the best rates.

You will receive a ‘warning message’ or see a zero s&h charge on
the last E-Invoice page if the total shipping weight for all the items
ordered is over 70 or 150 pounds respectively. Items must weigh 70 pounds or less in order for USPS to
deliver. UPS orders must weigh 150
pounds or less. Submit the order to
us even if an error message or a zero s&h charge displays. We will calculate & E-mail the correct
s&h charge for your final approval.

All new orders are usually processed within two business
days. Once an order leaves our
distribution point in California, UPS Ground type packages take 3-10 working
days to reach its destination, while USPS Priority Mail shipments take only
up to 3 business days to deliver. If
appropriate, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail once we finish
processing the order. Occasionally,
we may not have an item available due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will notify you via
E-Mail only to let you know that we are on back-order. We will also let you know of various
substitutes available in the E-mail for your convenience.

Return & Exchange Policy - If you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase within 21-Days from the date of delivery, we will repair
it, replace it, or credit your account less the shipping & handling
charges. The initial s&h charges
will not be refunded including issues involving defective item(s). The defective item(s) will always be
replaced or repaired by the manufacturer(s) as soon as possible at our
costs. All we ask is your patience
when problems arise, if any. PLEASE
NOTE that any food, treats, chews, health care items, litter, etc. that are
used or opened will not be refunded or exchanged, unless there is a
manufacturer’s defect to the item(s).
A 15% restocking fee
will be charged on all other returns or exchanges that are opened or used, unless
there is a manufacturer’s defect. We
will always try to sell products that are “not lemons” in the industry. All items carry a manufacturer’s warranty
or policy that you must use after the 21-Days are over for returns or
exchanges. Any damaged items during
the shipping process must be reported directly to the carrier & us within
3-days of date of delivery. Use
the following steps below to expedite returns correctly to PETKING.net:

Step 1 :
|
Notify
PETKING.net via E-mail only to obtain a return authorization number
(RAN). Include a brief reason for the
request. No returns will be accepted
without the RAN.
|
|
|
Step 2 :
|
Write the RAN
clearly on all six sides of the shipping carton used for the return.
|
|
|
Step 3 :
|
All returns must
be in original re-sellable condition.
Missing accessories will result in less credit back. Thus, do not discard original packaging or
cartons for at least 21 days from date of delivery. All warranty cards must be left blank!
|
|
|
Step 4:
|
Include a brief
note requesting a credit back or an exchange.
|
|
|
Step 5:
|
Customer is
responsible for the cost of returning all items to our returns department via
a reputable package tracking service carrier like UPS Ground or FedEx Ground
or insured parcel post (US Mail) for proof of delivery. Please do not use enhanced services
like Next Day Air because it is not economical. Also, we will not accept any C.O.D. returns. PETKING.net accepts no liability for
damage or loss during shipment. Keep
all your tracking numbers in case your product is lost or stolen. Ship all returns to: PETKING.net Returns, 3620 Lone Tree

Step 6:
|
PETKING.net will
credit you all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that
item(s) if it is defective or damaged during delivery, or the wrong item(s)
was shipped. Please write down on the
package the return shipping costs if appropriate. Our Returns Dept. reserves the right to calculate the return
shipping charge appropriately if there is no shipping cost labeled on the
carton. PETKING.net will repair your
defective item, or replace it with a new unit delivered to you free of
charge. This process takes
approximately 7 business days from the day the item is received at the
Returns Dept.

Step 7:
|
Merchandise initially
returned as defective, where defect cannot be verified, will incur a minimum
15% re-stocking fee as well as a s&h charge for the replacement back to
you.
|
|
|
Step 8:
|
Credit for
returns are processed within 10 business days from the date the Returns Dept.
receives the merchandise. PETKING.net
will credit the same account used to purchase initially.

We reserve the right to update product changes. Prices are subject to change without
notice. If our prices should fall
further, then there will be no adjustments on prior purchases. We shall not be responsible for any
inaccuracies, typographical errors, or omissions found at PETKING.net!

PETKING.net assumes no product liability for the use of any products
sold. Please read all directions with
the utmost care for your pets. You
may contact us for assistance, but consulting the manufacturer directly for
detailed advice concerning your pet(s) is the best.
